Carolyn Ansley


Carolyn is an accomplished, award-winning executive leader known for exceptional strategic vision and execution. Carolyn’s multi-industry experience ranges from leadership roles at Nestle Canada to co-founder and CEO of KABRITA USA, a North American baby food start-up. In 2017 Carolyn founded Brand for Benefit, a consultancy, and pending B Corp, dedicated to helping companies transform their business through socially responsible and sustainable business practices. Carolyn is also a volunteer and mentor. Carolyn’s volunteer work includes Chair and co-founder of the POGO Gala, and PLC, and judging roles with the Canadian Marketing Association and the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneurship Awards in association with Women of Influence. Carolyn is an active volunteer with the American Marketing Association Mentor Exchange and The Scala Network. In 2017 Carolyn was appointed to the Board of Directors of Cosmetica, a Canadian trendsetter in custom cosmetic development and manufacturing. Carolyn loves to spend her time between Toronto, Muskoka and Tremblant, actively enjoying the outdoors, reading and entertaining with her family, two dogs and friends.
